In order to secure an employment permit, the job offer made to the proposed employee must be for a period of at least 2 years. After 2 years employment permit may be renewed.
Cost of Irish Critical Skills Employer Permit
The minimum costs associated with starting a company in Ireland, hiring staff for two years (including Irish director, Irish employee, Accountancy, Corporate assist services), paying fees and issuing a visa will be at least 140,000 euros.
Citizenship of Ireland
In order to apply for Irish citizenship, an applicant must have at least 5 years (or 60 months) reckonable residence in Ireland comprised as follows: one year’s continuous residency in Ireland immediately prior to the date of application and, during the eight years before that, a total residence period of four years.
