This March, 2021, the government of St. Kitts and Nevis announced a reduction of USD 45,000 for a family of four, bringing the investment amount to the Sustainable Growth Fund to USD 150,000 instead of USD 195,000.

Saint Kitts and Nevis was the first country to introduce a Citizenship by Investment Program in 1984, facilitating the second citizenship opportunities for individuals from around the world. Passport of St. Kitts & Nevis for owning private home

On April 6, 2021, Cabinet announced new investment option to qualify for citizenship. This modification is included in the St. Kitts Statutory Rules and Orders. But it will last only until 1st of November 2022. Note that the property shall be owned by certificate of title. The value of the land shall not be included in determining the value of the home. A property purchased under the Private Home plan shall not be resold for a period of at least 5 years.
