Apex Capital Partners is involved in the sale and development of real estate projects worldwide. We raise financing and provide end-to-end investor representation and project management services – delivering value from concept to completion.
APEX works with investors on development projects. We do not seek high-net-worth investors for preferred projects. Instead, we financially structure developments to serve as vehicles that facilitate client deployment of capital within an integrated investing and financial planning strategy.
Ocean Grove (St. Kitts and Nevis) and Halsey Park (United States) are examples of projects that APEX has been involved in from development stages through sales.
In 2013, APEX broke ground on the Ocean Grove project, located on Sandy Bank Bay at Christophe Harbour in St. Kitts and Nevis. The project comprises of 47 villas on the stunning Southeast Peninsula.
Located in a quiet enclave of Sandy Bank Bay, St. Kitts and Nevis, this project has 9 turnkey villas available for equity share purchase and fractional ownership.
APEX served as managing partner of the Halsey Park project in downtown Charleston, SC in the US until securing a profitable exit for ourselves and investors. This development features 21 luxurious villas on two and a half acres. Halsey Park has been ranked among the top twenty real estate projects worldwide by the New York Post.
Embassy Suites By Hilton St. Kitts (A Pelican Bay Development Project) is located in Frigate Bay. This is one of the most extensively developed areas on the island. With that, there are great activities, shopping and water sports available a short distance away.
